Pejart Pet Products Return Policy

We want you to feel confident that every item is the perfect match for your home.

Modified Return Policies

Our return policy is slightly different for some products and special-occasion purchases:

  • You can apply for a return and refund within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Items returned must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • If the return is initiated by you, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please choose an economical shipping method.We do not accept packages returned using Freight Collect.
  • We do not accept returns without a valid reason.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee. The return or exchange option only applies once per order. This excludes Open Box Products.

    If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the item, it cannot be returned.

    Before installing the product, please double-check the following when it arrives:

    • Scan the box for damage.
    • Ensure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
    • Remove the packaging and inspect the item.

      Special Note

      We thoroughly inspect all goods before shipment. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us by email at info@pejart.com or by phone to report the damaged goods. We are here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue.

      Non-Returnable Items

      There are a few items that cannot be returned:

      • Clearance items
      • Gift cards
      • Customized items
      • Bundled items at discounted rates (e.g., “5 for $25”) unless the entire bundle is returned
      • Items you have already assembled
      • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
      • Open Box Items

      Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

      • $3.99 shipping charge for orders under $39.99
      • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)
      • Assembly services included with delivery

      However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

      Return Process

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
