🛠️ Do you provide instructions or videos for assembling?
We attach printed assembly instructions with every order. If you did not receive these, we will gladly send you an electronic version of the instructions. We also have a YouTube channel with many shelf assembly videos that can help. We are always available and ready to assist you if necessary!


✏️ Is it possible to personalize an order?
Indeed, customization is available. Any custom order requests can be accommodated by our team.


⏳ How long does it take to deliver an order?
It usually takes 2 to 8 working days to deliver the goods, depending on the delivery services' operations. Note that delivery times may increase during holiday periods. We use delivery to the recipient’s door and do not send to PO Boxes.


🌍 What countries can you deliver to?
Free shipping is available worldwide. Customers can enjoy the convenience of free shipping to any destination around the globe.


🎁 Is it possible to send furniture as a gift to another person?
If you indicate that the order is a gift, we will attach a greeting card with your note. Due to the size of the parcels, gift wrapping is discussed individually.


📦 Can I track my parcel?
Yes, you can easily track your parcel. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. We also monitor all shipments daily and notify our buyers in advance of any delays.


🛡️ Do you have a warranty for the products?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our products.


💸 Do you have a discount for regular customers?
Yes, we offer discounts for regular customers. If you are re-ordering, we will provide a discount based on your new order. Just contact us in advance!


🔄 Can I return an item if it doesn't fit me?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we have configured your order incorrectly, we will gladly send you a replacement.


🚚 What should I do if my item arrives damaged or broken?
If this happens, please don’t worry! Let us know and we will resolve the situation.


🔧 If any part of my order breaks or becomes unusable in the future, can I buy a replacement?
Any parts of the shelves are interchangeable, so necessary parts can always be purchased from our store, even if they are out of production. Just let us know!
