I bought this for my 19-pound cat who loves high perches. It took a few days for him to get used to it, but now he sleeps on the bed regularly. The food station has been a game-changer, keeping the dogs from eating his food. My cat is a bit too big to fit in the hexagons but uses them to navigate to his bed and food. The store owner was very communicative about shipping and stayed in contact during the delay in customs. Highly recommend this item and shop!
